A Majority final award rendered, on January 15, 2008, in Paris, France,  under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Italy (hereinafter Italy) and the Republic of Cuba (hereinafter Cuba) on the Promotion and Protection of Investment (hereinafter the Agreement) in accordance with the arbitration rules prepared by the ad hoc Arbitral Tribunal.
