An Award rendered on June 16, 2010, on the matter of two conjoined arbitrations under the Treaty between the Government of the Republic of France and the Government of the United Mexican States on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments (France BIT) and the Treaty between the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the Republic of Argentine for the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments (Argentina BIT) and in accordance with the Rules of Additional Facility of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
